Our villas
This was the first villa to be built by Mr. Pachakis built and he took extra care decorating it, using his own creations both for the exterior and the interior parts of the house. It is situated in the centre of the village next to the church, in a quiet, private location.
Villa Efrosini is a luxurious villa in Pitsidia, in the area of Melissokipos, located slightly out of the village towards the beautiful beach of Komos.
Built on the slope of the mountain, the interior stone-built area with its beautiful pool and fantastic rock- garden adorned with tropical plants steal your heart away the instant you lay eyes on it!
The first villa you come across as you walk into heaven! A wonderful house!
Its ground floor with large courtyard, the amazing garden on the left and the small private pool under the roofed terrace tempt you to be outdoors.
The second and largest of our paradise houses! A unique house!
A two-story house for up to six people! You cannot help but feel a sense of euphoria when you enter the ground floor and see the fully-equipped kitchen and living room, which also has a stone-built fireplace like all our houses, a fireplace that harmonically compliments the well-chosen furnishings.
The third and smallest house of our paradise!
Its small path leads you to a cozy stone terrace which beckons you to sit in its shade.
